Global Good Practice Analysis on LEDS, NAMAs and MRV

Summary Report

Published: 06/06/2014

The Global Good Practice Analysis documents case examples of mitigation-related good practice in 21 countries worldwide. The case studies provide in-depth insights into a range of mitigation activities, including Low-Emission Development Strategies (LEDS), Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) and Measuring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) systems. They demonstrate how LEDS, NAMAs and MRV systems are being effectively designed and implemented across a range of national contexts. The project is a joint initiative by the International Partnership on Mitigation and MRV and the UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building Programme. The analysis was lead by Ecofys with a consortium of partners (ECN, INCAE and TERI).
