Yearly performance management and development process

At the start of each year, your unit manager will define your targets for that year in dialogue with you. During the summer progress on these targets will be assessed by you and shared with your manager, so that actions can be defined on time to help you reach these targets. At the end of the year, you are invited for a formal appraisal. The target settings as well as the appraisals are calibrated across the entire company, to ensure consistency and fairness.
