services we are forming an offshore team. For this offshore team we are seeking for a:

 

Work Vessel Coordinator

The position

As Work Vessel Coordinator you have the desire & commitment to work with specialist vessels en ensue the contracted vessels are safe. Your responsibilities include:

  • Will be the intermediary between Ecofys and the Contractor providing vessels under its scope of work.
  • Will be the intermediary for all vessel operational issues during construction.
  • Will play a advising role in the contract-processes of Vessels.
  • Responsible for the effective & safe technical operation of vessels on a daily basis.
  • Work as a team member & / or team leader, encouraging Communications.
  • Ensure risks & impacts of any changes are documented.
  • Ensure changes are managed effectively & in line with relevant procedures.
  • Provision of technical support to projects through bidding, mobilisation, operations and demobilisation phases including budget, scheduling and resource planning.
  • Producing reports on the system including:- Safety, Budget Variance, Budget Forecast, Monthly/weekly/daily Overview, Monthly/weekly/daily Look Ahead, Issues and Concerns.
  • Regularly reports to the Marine Warranty Surveyor / Employers Representative.

Your profile

We are looking for an energetic, creative and enthusiastic engineer (m/f). Our ideal candidate combines:

 

  • Candidates must have suitable previous experienced in Marine / Ocean Engineering / Naval Architecture.
  • With an HND or Degree qualification (or equivalent) & preferably with a Certificate of Competency (Motor).
  • Must be motivated, a good problem solver & an inquisitive individual.
