Ecofys is providing offshore services for several costumers. In order to achieve quality services we are forming an offshore team. For this offshore team we are searching for an:
Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager
The position
The person appointed will support offshore wind farms under development or construction on managing its quality assurance/control resources to safely execute and deliver the projects according its quality specifications.
- Reviews and comments on the Quality aspects of work produced by the project teams.
- Develops site specific QA/QC plans taking into account legal requirements and permit compliance requirements.
- Develops implementation plans for Quality issues in contracts and during construction.
- Plans, supervises and co-ordinates major QA/QC audits.
- Prepares Project Quality Assurance Plans to govern all phases of the project.
- Prepares and operate the Project Risk Management register.
- Ensures that the facility is constructed in accordance with the approved installation/erection procedures, method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensures that the plants are inspected and tested in accordance with approved inspection & test procedures, relevant codes and standards.
- Manages project risks and uncertainties and take proactive mitigating measures to reduce their impact on the project.
Your profile
We are looking for an energetic, creative and enthusiastic engineer (m/f). Our ideal candidate combines:
- A relevant academic degree.
- Expierence with technical QA/QC.
- Expierence in using and analysing conditionsdata.
- Previous experience with wind farms.
- Determined, diplomatic en service oriented.
- Analytical, leadership skills and excellent reporting skills.
