DanTysk offshore wind farm
Vattenfall –Stadwerke Munchen joint venture
The DanTysk Offshore Wind Farm project will comprise of 80 wind turbine generators (“WTGs”), one offshore substation platform, an offshore accommodation platform and inter-array cabling between the WTGs and offshore substation. The park will be situated 70 km north of the German bend at a water depth of approximately 21 metres at Lowest Astronomical Tide (LAT), rising to 31 metres at Highest Still Water Level (HSW).
Ecofys has been tasked with setting up an HSE framework to assure contractors are properly managed and to assure compliance with (inter)national rules, regulations and standards and best industry practices and with introducing and implementing the ‘Hearts & Minds’ HSE programme of Vattenfall on the project through conducting workshops and coaching of project management and project employees. Furthermore Ecofys consultants represent employers in HAZID meetings with clients and provide general HSE Management Services to the project team.
Ecofys has provided similar services to the Belwind Wind Park in Belgium and Prinses Amalia Wind Park in the Netherlands.
