Talent Management within Ecofys

Professional development and career management are key for your long term career success. When joining Ecofys, your career may be developing within a unit or across units; national or international. As we encourage pro-active employees, your career perspectives are very much in your own hands. However, you do not have to do it all by yourself!

Ecofys career paths

See below the overview of career choices within Ecofys. As a young professional, you would typically start as a junior consultant and grow towards consultant and senior consultant. At the senior level you can (but are not obliged to) already move towards a more content oriented senior consultant role, or a more process oriented, project leader role. Growing above senior level means making a choice between:

  • A more content oriented, expert sustainable energy role;
  • A managerial as well as commercial role as unit manager, driving your business;
  • A managerial role in large (international) projects as project manager.
