Ecofys was assigned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Netherlands to perform an assessment of spatial, technical, financial and regulative aspects affecting the development of offshore wind generation in the Dutch waters. The assessment reflects the ambition level of an additional capacity of 5.4 GW to be implemented during the next decade until 2020.
