Today the property developer NCB delivers the first Solarhouses in the Netherlands. The occupants will move into their comfortable and very low energy houses in the residential area Harderhout in Harderwijk. The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is one of the initiators of the Solarhouse certificate.
